Welcome to Mindful Monday with Jayne. In today's episode, we'll be exploring the power of thought over our physical bodies and the reality we create. I'll be sharing my own real-life example of how I moved from a state of fear and physical weakness to a more empowered state, demonstrating the incredible potential we all hold within ourselves. We'll also be discussing David R Hawkings book “Power vs Force” and the different levels of vibrations or consciousness. From low (below 200) to high, the levels of consciousness are: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, pride, and above 200 courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, enlightenment. We exploring how we can move into those higher, more positive vibrations where we feel creative, resilient, inspired, connected, and healthy. To top it off, I'll be sharing some practical tools that will enable you to move towards Mastery and elevate to those higher vibrations. So tune in, and let's discover the power within ourselves!
